Aaron Brosnan
“Your body can achieve what your mind can believe.”
Need help training for that triathlon, ironman — or just want to learn to perfect your swimming strokes? Aaron is your guy.
Aaron began swimming when his mother threw him in a pool at the age of 4. Since then, he went on become the Massachusetts State Champion in the 100 yard freestyle and was named MVP on the Varsity Swim Team at Holy Cross.
Aaron has been coaching swimming for the past decade. He has worked with swimmers from 6 to 75 years old, and from the beginner learning to swim to the Beverly YMCA Masters team. Currently, he is a level 2 certified coach and member of the American Swim Coaches Association.
In his spare time, Aaron trains at Crossfit Foggy Bottom, plays squash, and cycles. He also coaches and swims for the George Washington University club swim team, where he is pursuing a law degree.
