Low Impact & core focused
The 45-minute Balance Signature class borrows from both Pilates and boot camp to provide a low-impact full-body workout focused on functional movement.
The class will mostly utilize bodyweight exercises, enhanced by bands and sliders. Exercises will include lower body, upper body, and core movements, but the core focus is emphasized in all movements. This combination is effective because we give rest to each area within each round so that no one area gets too fatigued.
The class is a safe, fun and will help you get results. Every exercise can be modified and made easier or harder based on your current fitness level.
